Christopher's Haven Gets "Showered" with Praise and Funds

On Sunday morning, the Hotel Commonwealth's Great Bay restaurant was host to a very special "Shower" brunch. In attendance were local celebrities, prominent business owners, and Kevin Youkilis of the World Champion Red Sox. But the brightest smile, the warmest handshake, and the most intense enthusiasm came from Dan Olsen, the founder of Christopher's Haven, the charity beneficiary of the morning's event. Christopher's Haven provides housing for families whose children are undergoing a very specialized type of cancer treatment.
