Binkeez for Comfort teamed up with Christopher’s Haven in 2014 when the organization stopped by The Loft during their “Tour of Hope”, a schedule of stops to delivery high-end, luxury blankets (fondly known as Binkeezs) to children’s hospitals around the country. The blankets provide comfort, safety and love for children as they undergo pediatric cancer treatments. The hand-made blankets are provided at no cost to any child in the United States that is in active treatment or hospice care. Each blanket has a custom tag where they put the child’s name. During their visits, the representatives deliver blankets, provide custom cookies and bring arts/crafts projects to create a party-type atmosphere.
